To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurisoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if Futurisoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.
Futurisoft may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
Futurisoft reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
